Shipping Policy
1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, write to [CONTACT_EMAIL]and we’ll arrange it where carriers allow.
2. Cost
- Orders of $150 or more — free worldwide shipping.
- Orders under $150 — flat rate of $12.
3. Times
Every piece is prepared, quality-checked and packed for international transit of natural stone. Orders may be dispatched directly from our production and fulfillment partners, some of which are located overseas.
- Processing and quality check: 2–5 business days.
- International transit: typically 8–20 business days.
- Total: most orders arrive within 10–25 business days of the order date.
These are estimates, not guarantees — customs inspections and carrier delays are outside our control. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
4. Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or VAT charged by your country. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are the recipient’s responsibility. If a package is returned to us because duties were refused, we will refund the product price minus the shipping costs we incurred.
5. Damaged in transit
Stone is packed to survive rough handling, but if your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.
6. Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an address error, we can reship it at cost or refund the product price minus shipping.
