Welcome to ELUMA HOME. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of elumahome.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. 1. Products
Our products are made of natural stone. Color, veining, tone and surface texture vary from block to block; the item you receive will never be identical to the photograph, and that variation is a feature of the material, not a defect. Weights and dimensions are approximate.
2. Orders and acceptance
An order placed on the Site is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order (for example, when an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error); if we decline after you have paid, we will refund you in full. An order confirmation email does not by itself constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is accepted. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store card details. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes levied by your country are your responsibility (see our Shipping Policy).
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. Products may be dispatched directly from our production and fulfillment partners, including partners located outside Israel. Estimated delivery times are set out in the Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in the Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and, for EU customers, the Consumer Rights Directive.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — designs, text, graphics, photography and the ELUMA HOME name and logo — is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
